- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★They lost our beautiful cat Lula between 30 July and 8 August 2016 because the outer run door and her pen door were open at the same time and due to their negligence she escaped. When we were informed that she had escaped and we asked what had to been done to find her we were asked ‘what do you want us to do’. They have received a final written warning from the licensing department for security issues and lack of record keeping. As of October 2018 Lula is still missing.By Admin, April 23, 2018
